LPSearch Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
LPSearch is a Chrome extension operated by CÔNG TY TNHH LỘC PHÁT SOLUTIONS, 124 Thành Thái, Phường Hòa Hưng, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam ("LP Solutions", "we", "us"). This policy explains what LPSearch collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: projects@lpsolutions.tech.
LPSearch is currently a private pilot for business customers of LP Solutions.
What LPSearch does
When you view a LinkedIn profile, LPSearch can show that person's professional email address and phone number, so you can contact them for business purposes, such as recruitment.
Information about you, the LPSearch user
- Your email address, to sign you in. Only addresses approved for the pilot can create an account.
- A sign-in session, stored in the extension on your computer so you stay signed in.
- A log of your lookups: which LinkedIn profile, when, and the result. We use it to run the service, count usage, and prevent abuse.
- Settings such as the light or dark theme. These stay on your computer.
We don't take payments during the pilot.
Information about the people you look up
- What the extension reads. LPSearch only works on linkedin.com. On the profile you're viewing, it reads the name, headline, company, location and profile photo address, to identify the person and show them in the side panel. It doesn't read other websites, your other tabs, or your browsing history, and it doesn't browse LinkedIn by itself.
- What's sent to our server. While the LPSearch panel is open on a profile, the profile's address and the company name shown on it are sent to our server, to check what we already hold.
- What happens when you reveal. When you click to reveal contact details, we ask our third-party data providers for that person's professional contact information: email addresses and phone numbers, and job title, employer and company details.
- What we keep. We store what we receive and reuse it. Other LPSearch users who view the same profile may be shown it. We re-check stored details after 90 days.
- Why. We process this information for business-to-business contact purposes, under our legitimate interests. People can object at any time (see "Opting out" below).
Who we share information with
We use these service providers to run LPSearch. We don't sell personal information.
- Supabase: hosting and database. Data is stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1).
- Third-party data providers: professional contact data.
- Resend: sends sign-in emails.
- Google: company logo lookups. Google receives company website addresses only, never personal information.
How long we keep information
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it, or 30 days after your pilot access ends.
- Lookup logs: 12 months.
- Contact details of people looked up: re-checked after 90 days. Deleted when someone opts out, or when they're no longer needed; we review stored data at least once a year.
Opting out, and your rights
Anyone can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about them, to stop using it, or to never look them up again. Email projects@lpsolutions.tech with your LinkedIn profile address and/or email address. When you opt out, we delete what we hold about you and block your profile and email from future lookups. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under Singapore's PDPA, the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Contact data is only reachable through our server after sign-in, and only accounts we've approved can sign in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes during the pilot, we'll also email pilot users.
